Welcome to Sonorous
Sonorous is an open-source, cross-platform reimplementation of the Desktop Controller software for the Sonos Multi-Room Music System.
The rationale for creating such a project comes from the Sonos Desktop Controller software being available only for Windows and Mac. Unfortunately it doesn't run especially stably on Wine either so being almost exclusively a Linux user, there is no good way to control my Sonos system from my workstation. Sonorous addresses my need as a Linux using Sonos owner and hopefully other folks will find this useful too.
